Blue Coast’s mission is to help people feel good by providing safe, positive experiences in the sea that encourage lasting benefits beyond the beach.

  3. Adapt for individual needs. Do our utmost to adapt activities and coaching techniques for every individual participant.
  4. Safety is our utmost priority. We never run sessions in unsafe conditions or take risks with our own or our customers safety.
  5. Understand our range of offerings. We make customers aware of our activities and offers that they might be interested in without being pushy. This helps our customers have the best experience possible and helps Blue Coast succeed financially.
  6. Make hay while the sun shines. Understand that we are a highly seasonal business and approach work with a ‘make hay while the sun shines’ attitude. When Blue Coast does well, we all do well, and our pay/bonus structure reflects this.
  7. Co-operate with the community. Understand that Blue Coast operates as part of the local community, with its consent and support. Be ready to make concessions and co-operate to create a beneficial outcome for all.
  8. We always try to be better. Reflect, share ideas, & openly talk about ways we can improve our offering and service.
  9. Details matter. We take pride in our work and understand that the details all add up to make the whole experience. We do the little things right and don’t take shortcuts.
